The Best Crossbow is...

Finding the best crossbow for you can be a daunting task, but not to worry, I’ve put together a list of a few crossbows that I find to be the best for that price range.
For under $200 I found that the Arrow Precision inferno Fury kit is great for the money. It’s a hunting crossbow with plenty of safety features that ensure a safe and fun hunting experience. It’s an extremely powerful crossbow for the money and can shoot at 235 feet per second which is great considering the price.
For $200-$300 you get a little more upgrades in the Barnett jackal Crossbow. With the Jackal crossbow you get plenty of safety features like you do with the Fury, but you also get a detachable quiver and a red dot sight as well. The Barnett can shoot at 315 feet per second which will take down almost any prey you can think of. This is my personal favorite crossbowfor the money as it has most features that any amateur to intermediate will need.
If you’re looking to spend a little more, the one I enjoyed the most for between $300-$500 is the Excalibur Axiom SMF Crossbow. Along with many safety features that you will need for hunting you also get a lot of comfort features as well with this crossbow. One feature you’ll be getting is one of the most comfortable butt stocks on the market which is most definitely an added luxury. The Excalibur is also claimed as one of the most balanced crossbows on the market which helps to make it an incredibly accurate crossbow.
There is a small list of my favorite crossbows up to $500. Of course, there are much more expensive crossbows on the market that you can purchase, but this is a basic list for the typical amateur to intermediate that’s looking for the best crossbow on the market for a reasonable price.
